so once again this past weekend i ate like i’m some 500 pound man and then i felt sick Monday morning and seriously wanted to make myself throw up. and i’ve barely even eaten the past couple days because of how much i ate over the weekend. i eat good during the week but when i let my self eat a little more on the weekends i go overboard and splurge. it’s kinda embarressing how i can’t really control myself at times. but i think after getting sick from eating bad i’ve might have learned my lesson! just wish i knew how to not be so hard on myself after my slip ups.

good news!

school is over!!!! well..for 2 weeks anyways. then i’m doing lame summer classes. but i’m sooooo relieved that this quarter is finally over. too much work and pretty sure i got A’s and B+’s. but i’ll have to wait and see. plus i think i’m gonna start double workouts next week since i’ll actually have the time! not like i have anything better to do anyways. might as well work out!

So i’ve decided i’m going to start walking to the gym/work and other reachable places this summer. Just to save gas and just a healthier way of transportation i guess. Already ran to the gym yesterday!
